Shipping

US Domestic Shipping

Orders are typically shipped via:

  • USPS First Class Mail for small item orders

  • USPS Priority Mail for larger orders

You will be supplied with a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email when the shipping label is printed. Production time varies for made-to-order items; please check product descriptions for current processing times.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Times

Many of our items are handmade to order, and the time we need to prepare your order varies between items. Please allow up to 1 week for non-personalized items to ship and 1-2 weeks for personalized items. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Lost & Damaged Shipments

We do not include shipping insurance on orders. If any item is accepted by USPS to have been lost or broken while in transit, then we will promptly replace the contents of the order. If this isn't possible, we will issue a store credit.

USPS does not consider a package lost until after a missing parcel claim as been filed. Once we have filed a missing parcel claim with USPS and they have confirmed that the item is no longer in transit and has been lost, we will replace your package. If you request a refund for an order that is simply late, we must have confirmation from USPS that the package is considered lost before we can issue a refund. We cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates and will not issue a refund for items that are still in transit but arriving late.

If you have not received your order even after the tracking shows it was delivered, the quickest way to resolve the situation will be to contact your mail carrier directly to confirm the address where the package was delivered. You may also want to check any “safe places” where the carrier may have left your package — for example, at a side door or in the bushes — that you may not have been expecting, and check with neighbors in case your package was delivered to the wrong address. If you are unable to resolve the situation with your local post office, please contact info@bunburyandco.com within 24 hours so that we may start a USPS trace for the package.

We package all of our orders carefully to prevent damage during transit. However, packages may occasionally arrived damaged despite our precautions. If this happens, please contact us at info@bunburyandco.com within 72 hours so that we may initiate a USPS claim and send a replacement item. Please hold on to the original packaging and packing materials, as USPS will need to inspect the items. We will provide a USPS return shipping label to send the damaged product back to us.

Undeliverable Shipments

Packages will be returned back to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete/incorrect addresses, if they are not picked up from your local mail facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. We will not refund shipping costs we incur as a result of an undeliverable or refused shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they are damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges of personalized items or custom orders.

We gladly accept returns of all other items for any reason, as long as they are:

  • in their original condition

  • in their original undamaged product wrapping

  • shipped in a suitable shipping box (such as the original shipping box) and carefully packed as received

  • returned within 14 days of delivery.

You must notify us via email at info@bunburyandco.com with your order number, the date that you sent the package, and the tracking number.

When we receive your return, it will be thoroughly inspected. If the above conditions are satisfied, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not meet the conditions above.

Changes & Cancellations

All requests to change or cancel an order should be made via email to info@bunburyandco.com immediately. An order that has already received tracking has shipped and cannot be changed or canceled. We do not accept changes or cancellations for custom orders or personalized items.
